At LOVE LORE, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take note of our Exchange & Refund Policy detailed below:

Policy Duration: We offer refunds for most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in resellable condition, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, and with all labels and tags attached. However, items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned, even with a receipt.

“Lore Pants” and “Royal Pants” are non return, and non refund items. Make sure to understand the product before finalizing the purchase.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the above conditions and be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

    Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

    • Check your bank account.
    • Contact your credit card company.
    • Contact your bank. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at info@lovelore.design.

    Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. For assistance with exchanges, please email us at info@lovelore.design.

    Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Any refund issued will have the cost of return shipping deducted.
